The Gold Relationship Manager will engage with clients from the affluent customer segment, managing their banking and financial products needs. As part of the Gold Personal Banking team, the Relationship Manager will work towards building long term relationships and grow the Gold customer portfolio. From day-to-day banking to important financial customer decisions, the RM will strengthen the primary banking relationships through continuous discovery and assessment of customer profile, current and future needs and experience. She or he will identify suitable banking/financial solutions and services to Gold Personal Banking Customers, covering the Bank’s diversified product palette: savings, investments, bancassurance, lending, payments, and digital solutions. The Gold Relationship Manager will advance the Bank’s strategy for expanding the affluent customer service through leadership, enthusiasm, and responsibility.
We are looking for candidates with:
University degree, preferably in Economics, Finance or related fields;
Minimum 2 years of banking experience—premium customer segment background is a plus;
Adequate English fluency, both spoken and written;
Knowledge and experience in investment products, such as mutual funds, highly desired.
