Jr HR Specialist: limited period contract 2 years

Role: Assist and support HR manager in: Personnel administration and payroll,  reports,    recruitment and selection, Travel booking and monitoring

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Keep in touch with the provider of personnel administration and payroll services;
  • Ensure the preparation and signing of all documents for employment, modification, suspension of the individual labor contract and the drawing up and archiving of the personnel file for the employees of the bank;
  • Provide support for the preparation and posting the job advertisements, selection of CVs, organization of interviews; participate in interviews for no managerial position;
  • Provides support for business travel; transport and accommodation bookings; travel reports monitoring

 

Requirements:

 

  • At least 3 years of experience in the area of human resources, out of which 1 within banking industry it's a must
  • University degree
  • Personnel administration and payroll certificate
  • Knowledge of MS Office (word, excel, outlook)
  • Perseverance
  • Pro-active attitude
  • Analytical skills
  • Excellent communications skills
  • English (average level, both spoken and written language)
