  • Recruitment & Selection

    • Conduct, together with the team manager, end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, screening, interviewing, testing, selecting)

    • Make sure all candidates go through a nice recruitment experience

  • Personnel Administration

    • Prepare and send the timesheets for the wage calculations

    • Prepare the labor contracts and job descriptions for the new hires

    • Organize and coordinate the regular safety security and labor medicine for all employees

    • Update and maintain the personnel files

  • Labor Law

    • Stay up to date with the labor law changes both for Romania and The Netherlands

    • Make sure all SpamExperts practices are in line with the labor law in the specific country

  • Onboarding process

    • Offer support to the new hires through the orientation period and on-the-job training process

    • Look at all times to implement and optimize the onboarding process based on the specificity of the new hire

  • HR policy management

    • Update, maintain and optimize the internal regulations and all other HR internal procedures

  • HR practices

    • Stay up to date with the new HR practices

    • Implement new HR practices and optimize the existing ones

  • Employee relations

    • Respond to all employee inquiries and guide them through the right path to get their issues solved

  • Team building

    • Be a part of the organizational team of SpamExperts team building events

Candidate profile:

  • Bachelor degree

  • 2+ years of experience conducting end-to-end recruitment processes

  • Basic knowledge of the labor law practices

  • Know-how on different areas of HR is an advantage

  • Proficient use of English (both written and spoken)

  • Pro-active and independent worker

  • Natural and empathetic 'relationship-builder' who understands and speaks well with people at all levels in the organization

  • Highly organized and results oriented

  • Discrete and trustworthy

  • High intrinsic motivation.
