youngculture is part of NSM Engineering, a Swiss software engineering group of companies, which provides near-shore services for aviation, Fintech, eCommerce and other sectors. Its headquarters are in Zurich and it has its own development centers in Serbia (Belgrade, Nis) and Romania (Iasi).

With the approach to deliver top quality software solutions for our international customers we are looking for highly motivated new colleagues, to join our growing Iasi software engineering team in the following position:

Java Developer – Adobe Experience Manager

You will be part of our agile team engaged in the development of a global platform for content and eCommerce using the latest enterprise technologies and innovative micro-services architecture, to support the worldwide provision of modern education. You will contribute with your expertise in creating high-quality digital consumer experiences where Adobe Experience Manager plays a key role. You will handle detailed design, implement business logic, document solutions, perform code review, and provide technical leadership and support to your colleagues.


Who we are looking for:

Our future colleagues should have the following key skills and experience:

  • Bachelor or higher degree in computer science (or equivalent)
  • 3+ years of professional experience in software development using Java
  • Excellent understanding of OOP principles, design patterns and practices. Strong quality focus
  • Direct experience with AEM . Adobe CQ or AEM certification is an important asset
  • Proficiency in developing web applications based on Java 7&8, JSP/Sightly, JavaScript (JQuery/ExtJS), Ajax, HTML5
  • Apache Sling, Java Content Repository, OSGi, Maven working experience
  • Very good web services understanding
  • Previous experience in large scale web platforms development, agile methodologies and distributed development teams is welcome
  • Ability to interpret and communicate information to the client
  • Open and friendly personality, as well as drive, initiative, problem-solving mindset, excellent interpersonal and team-working skills
  • Very good verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Availability for abroad business trips.
