At our plant in Pitesti, you as Recruitment and Selection Specialist are responsible for a variety of activities, as listed below:

 

Job purpose:

Drive organizational growth and profitability by recruiting the candidates who share our vision, values and behaviors as a starting point, focused on self-development in order to achieve the best results.

Main responsibilities:

  • Conducts end to end recruitment and selection process for different job Levels – focus on IT& Engineering;
  • Develops strong relationships and partner with hiring manager and business leaders in order to maximize effectiveness of recruiting process;
  • Develops strong relationship with Recruitment Agency network and ensures an efficient and effective recruitment process;
  • Analyses the recruitment process performance in partnership with other HR departments, prepares the recruitment dashboards, recommends changes to the recruitment process and implements changes;
  • Identifies difficult job vacancies and investigates the best recruitment approach for them;
  • Takes part at job fairs, and other events of the type;
  • Keeps the documentation of the recruitment process up to date;
  • Runs administrative activities associated to Recruiting and Selection process, as operating in the recruitment database.

     

    Requirements:

  • University Degree
  • Min. 2 years experience in IT Recruitment
  • Good organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • English language – fluent;
  • Microsoft Office
  • Networking skills
  • Influencing and persuading skills
  • Structured thinking and analytical skills
  • Self-motivation in front of administrative tasks
  • Acts in an authentic and enthusiastic manner
  • Fast learner, able to quickly adapt to changing environment and various types of people
