We are currently seeking an:

IT Support Specialist to join our team in Bucharest

Key Responsibilities:

• Administering of users and computers in Active Directory and O365

• Supporting of End Users – hardware and software (in-person and remotely)

• Troubleshooting and resolving user’s issues

• Identifying and tracking of End User’s hardware and software needs

• Researching existing computers and IT systems, proposing improvements

• Administering of applications on computers and servers

• Performing advanced hardware and software installation, configuration and deployment

• Maintaining hardware/software inventories

• Collaborating with other IT Teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

• Logging support tickets efficiently and with appropriate sense of urgency, updating tickets and following up with End Users

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technologies or a related field

• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience

• Proficient with MS Active DirectoryWindows 7/10, Windows Servers, MS Office

• Minimum basic knowledge of VMware, DNS, GPO, MS SCCM, networking

• Capability to learn new IT systems quickly

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision making skills

• Ability to analyze situations, to identify existing or potential problems and to recommend solutions

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to prioritize, organize and manage own work

• Proactivity, motivation and ability to work independently or as a team member

• Very good English skills (both spoken and written)
