Responsabilitati 

Rezolvarea cererilor primite prin intermediul sistemului de ticketing
Escaladarea ticketelor catre echipa tehnica
SLA-termen de a rezolva ticketele de 48 h
Oferirea unui feedback catre client dupa inchiderea ticketului
Statistica de tincketing pentru a valida si descrie activitatile realizate
Gestiunea incidentelor
Raportarea lunara a activitatii catre Paris, si raportare saptamanala catre Bangalore
Rezolvarea cerintelor care consta in analiza si cautare in baza de date
Mentinerea documentatiei la zi
Comunicarea cu clientul se face in engleza si franceza
