ITSDONE Romania (part of the Austrian group ITSDONE Holding) is a regional IT service provider and an SAP partner for the Romanian market.

We are an IT service provider with very extensive and specialized know-how. We support customers of various industries and sizes with outsourcing, IT project management, SAP consulting and other services on “time & material” bases.

For one of our support projects we are recruiting several IT Support Consultants to be part of our System Management Center Team.

Goal

  • Monitoring & Ensuring the operation of various services including Exchange, Global Printing, Mobility Management, Email and Endpoint Security
  • Responsibility for the initial troubleshooting of enterprise system outages.
  • Working on incidents, coordination of incident solution 24x7.

 

Main duties & responsibilities 

  • Alarm monitoring (Nagios, Splunk)
  • System administration Unix, Windows, Database
  • Enterprise Mobility Management (VMware AirWatch, Microsoft Intune)
  • Powershell-scripting
  • Troubleshooting on clients, . Windows or MAC with Outlook, Office 365
  • Global printing support including driver installation and troubleshooting on Windows and MAC clients
  • Operations of Anti-Spam-Solution (Message Tracking, Management of Rules)
  • Operations of Email & Web Security Solution (Cisco IronPort, Fortimail)
  • Operations of Endpoint Security Platform (enSilo)
  • File-hosting service administration (Egnyte, OneDrive)
  • Documentation
  • Reporting (KPI)

Interfaces

  • User Helpdesk (communication in English and mainly via e-Mails and tickets)
  • 3rd Level support teams (Windows, Unix, Database, Backup)

 

Hours per week

  • Fulltime, working in shifts 24x7
