IT Solution Expert Quality Management (Process Min

We are looking for an IT Solution Expert Quality Management (Process Mining & RPA) for our Regional IT Center Timisoara

Responsibilities:

• Implement and supervise Quality Management business, Process Mining and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) sub-process elements;
• Support the conduct of process reviews in the Quality Management (Process Mining & RPA) business sub-process element;
• Process tasks within the Quality Management business sub-process element (. COBIT: APO06 – Manage Budget & Costs, ITIL: Problem Management, ITIL: Demand Management, etc.) in cooperation with the relevant function unit and the Process Manager (. create and maintain training material and conduct trainings, etc.) and implement appropriate measures;
• Collaborate in the design and maintenance of process documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree;
• Very good knowledge of relational databases;
• Experience with SQL;
• Experience with Process Mining and Robotic Process Automation would be a benefit;
• Profound experiences with SAP implementations;  
• English advanced speaker/ German language is a plus;
• Process oriented thinking with analytical and problem solving skills.
