IT Expert Technologies is the first company in Romania that provides specialized IT recruitment services by using the latest Artificial Intelligence software technology platform funded by European Union

We reinvented the concept of IT Recruitment Services, having as main customers recruitment agencies, consultancy companies and end-customers as: European Commission, ESMA (European Securities and Markets Authority), Aubay, Roche, GSK, Unicredit, ING.

We are now developing our IT recruitment services and currently searching for a Account Manager with IT recruitment experience to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Account Management:

  • Processes the leads delivered by the management
  • Develops companies customer portfolio by networking, cold calling, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients and turn them into increased business
  • Grows and retains existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to companies current customers.
  • Negotiates pricing conditions with the customers.

 

Recruitment and Talent acquisition:

  • Works with existing recruiters team to select key candidates for the existing projects
  • Maintains the relationship with the customers and the key candidates. Presents the candidates to the customers.
  • Understands the business model and strategy to drive appropriate talent acquisition services.
  • Responsible for the recruitment process.

 

Requirements:

  • Advanced proficiency in English Language – mandatory requirement
  • Excellent communication skills, presentation and interpersonal relationships
  • Experienced in B2B commercial HR activities
  • Negotiating, analysis and synthesis skills
  • Experience in recruitment/headhunting activities in recruitment agency
  • Experience in IT recruitment - represents an advantage
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Internet
  • Organized person, dynamic, loyal, with a strong team spirit.
