Tremend is currently looking for an achievement-oriented IT recruiter, who establishes ambitious goals, measures performance, has a can do attitude, a sense of urgency and quickly delivers high quality candidates. Candidate must have over 2 years of successful high volume technical recruiting experience. If you fit the description, then keep on reading.

What you will have to do:
- Sourcing and recruiting appropriate candidates for open positions.
- Using passive and direct sourcing techniques such as database mining, internet searching, participating in and networking within association’s organizations, cold calling and conducting and gathering competitive research on direct competitor organizations.
- Creating and building a pool of qualified candidates.
- Marketing each job by writing and posting professional, well-branded job postings, both internally and externally.
- Making presentations; maintaining rapport.
- Identifying and implementing best practices to increase the quality of hires while reducing cycle time and cost.

You also meet most of the following requirements:
- 2+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience in an IT company
- Excellent networking and communication skills
- Strong business acumen, professionalism and personal integrity
- Ability to overcome Objections
- Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ready to help your work buddies when they are in need
- Know how to smile :)
