For our client, a large fast-growing IT outsourcing company, we are looking their IT Recruiter.
YOUR FUTURE ROLE
Participate in the full cycle of search and selection of candidates – developers, QAs, BAs, managers (they will give you freedom in choosing your own sources and will provide access to all other necessary resources);
Hold effective job interviews;
Constantly communicate with candidates, track status, build and maintain business relationships;
Be on the same page with all the changes that take place at the company (as they have a super-dynamic environment);
Be quick and multiskilled and be able to shift attention between tasks and not to divide work into your own and someone else’s;
Be responsible and be able to make decisions and influence them;
Have a passion for learning new things in the industry;
Communicate with colleagues;
It will be a combined remote and office work.
