DEPARTMENT: IT

REPORTS TO: IT Manager

SUPERVISES: NA

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identifies and proposes solutions for automating IS data entry;
  • Identifies and proposes solutions for automating data reports;
  • Assists non-technically skilled users in using internal applications;
  • Trains non-technically skilled users in using various job related applications;
  • Assists IT Manager in discovering repetitive patterns in company data flows;
  • Extracts data from various sources on user request;
  • Develops and writes algorithms for processing data sources;
  • Complies labor protection and environment protection norms and law

 

INTERDEPARTMENTAL AND EXTERNAL RELATIONS:

  • Maintains good relationship with non-technical skilled employees;
  • Supports the other departments of the company for identifying solutions according to the specific of their activities

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • University  degree in related field preferred (Cibernetica economica, Automatica, Informatica, Electronica)
  • Advanced proficiency in using operating systems like Windows and Windows Server;
  • Advanced proficiency in using Office applications, especially Excel and Access;
  • Knowing how to use Visual Studio, SQL Server Management Studio is a plus;
  • Basic knowledge of SQL;
  • Basic knowledge of VBA;
  • Basic knowledge of C#, .Net framework, HTML, javascript is a plus;
  • Basic knowledge of Windows Forms, ASP.NET and Silverlight is a plus;
  • Basic knowledge of accountancy and payroll is a plus;
  • ability to maintain focus under stress and disturbing conditions/information
  • very good interpersonal skills, team player
  • flexible and efficient time management and ability to prioritize workload
  • well-organized, accuracy in classifying, analyzing and interpreting information
  • mature judgment and self-motivated
  • very good communication skills (Accuracy in receiving and giving information, accuracy in classifying, analyzing and  interpreting information)
  • Basic use of English (French is a plus)
