For our client, a leading global supplier of innovative technical textiles for a broad range of markets and applications, we are looking for an IT Helpdesk specialist with German


Providing first or second-level support for all users with hardware, software and application issues;
Asking customer targeted open-ended questions to quickly understand the root of the problem;
Maintaining inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses;
Assisting with onboarding of new users;
Installing, testing and configuring new workstations, peripheral equipment and software;
Documenting all implemented solutions;
Properly escalating unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams;
Offering remote support to allocated users;
Managing users and rights in Active Directory;
Providing prompt and accurate feedback to customers.


Bachelor in IT is preferred;
Minimal experience in a similar position;
Good understanding of computer systems and networking;
Very good knowledge of Windows 7,8 or 10;
Basic knowledge of Remote Access, Systems/VPN;
Knowledge of ITIL core concepts;
Fluent in German and English;
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills;
Highly self-motivated.
