Key duties:

  • Work as part of our IT support team to maintain & develop our in-house IT systems including LAN, WAN, desktop, server & network systems
  • Install and support all new technology that need network connection
  • Provide remote support using remote tools to both our users in Romania and worldwide
  • Keep systems updated and monitoring system health
  • Prepare documentation and re-evolution of existing processes to improve efficiency

Essential experience:

  • Previous IT support experience
  • Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft OS (Win7,8 & 10, server 2008 & 2012 r2), Hyper-V, Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, RDP and Microsoft office
  • A good understanding of IP networking including switches, routers and firewalls
