Invoice Processing Analyst
What you’ll do:
You will be working as part of a team that is responsible for the management of customer and carrier invoices, ensuring they are received, tracked, loaded and made available for processing. You will be manually loading/indexing received invoices, tracking missing invoices to ensure receipt, resolving invoice receipt issues to completion and ensuring invoices are available for processing, working to SLA’s in a fast-paced environment. You will be working as part of a team based in the Bucharest office and the UK office, with a remotely-based manager. You will have customer/vendor interaction so must be confident communication with other businesses in a corporate setting as well as with colleagues in an international environment.
Who you are:
You will be at least High School educated with good English language skills, experienced in the use of Windows, Internet etc. with good keyboard skills. You’ll understand how to work to targets, achieving good levels of output and quality when working as part of a team. Attention to detail and the desire to be successful whilst working as part of a team are the attributes that make a successful Invoice Processing Analyst. Reliability, punctuality and an ability to work well in a fast-paced environment are essential. We expect you to have a good understanding of different file formats and their differences. (csv, txt, xlsx, pdf, etc.) and be confident using various web browsers, portals and SFTP/file sharing sites with the ability to determine correct files by format and naming conventions.
