Internal Sales Executive 


Description:

Win where we target and deliver budgeted volume &
• Perform face-to-face and telephone sales calls to identify clients’ business strategies and objectives, logistics needs and buying criteria to develop and articulate value-based solutions to address their needs and
• Ensure minimum sales standards are fully met in terms of pipeline management, sales call preparation, persuasive selling method application and
• Build strong relationships with the decision-makers and influencers of the
• Generate new opportunities by utilizing the senior-client contact relationship to open doors and support the account-development proce
• Collaborate with local and international colleagues to provide first-class service to further increase customer satisfaction and
• Communicate closely and proactively with internal stakeholders, provide strong support to all development initiatives, policies, processes and

Profile

• University degree in a related area 
• At least 2 years of field sales experience in container business 
• Excellent commercial acumen 
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, native Romanian 
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills 
• Analytical with proven negotiation skills 
• Passionate, dedicated, energetic, self-driven with commitment to succeed 
• Willingness to be a team player 
• Result-oriented with strong planning and organizational skills, 
• Able to work under pressure 
• Able to undertake challenges and take the initiative 
• Good command of Microsoft Office applications 
• No military obligation for male candidates
