OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB: 

In charge with the general development and delivery of the Internal Communications strategy, including events of the Tax and Legal practice in Romania.

 

MAIN ACTIVITIES:

  • Prepare the internal communication plan according to the regional (Central and Eastern Europe) strategy and the specific needs of the local business
  • Support, plan, produce and deliver value-added and attractive communications campaigns that appeal to the internal recipients (articles, presentations, websites, videos, brochures, etc.)
  • Create digital content, provide appropriate design and synchronise online/offline communication channels (e-mail, videos, internal portals, brochures, events)
  • Cooperate closely with other support functions (HR, Marketing and Communications) to create effective communications supporting strategic programmes for staff and boosting employee engagement
  • Facilitate use of internal social media and SharePoint
  • Plan and organise internal events  
  • Support in facilitation projects and meetings related to new projects and ideas
  • Pro-actively contribute to the Corporate Social Responsibility programmes, work closely with the dedicated team: creation through delivery
  • Make sure the PwC global brand guidelines are complied with.

 

Required qualifications

  • University degree, preferably in Communications & PR or Journalism
  • A minimum of 5 years’ professional experience in client facing roles relating to communications, integrated marketing, digital marketing, public relations or similar
  • High level of proficiency in English, with excellent good writing and speaking skills
  • Digital skills: social media expert, graphic design/video editing expertise
  • Ability to deal with multiple tasks and to prioritise assignments
  • Ability to form and foster solid working relationships with a high number of diverse individuals across the organisation
  • Proactive personality who can work under pressure and sometimes against tight deadlines
  • Committed, reliable and result-oriented
  • Ability to work and deliver independently as well as in a team
  • Comfortable with performing in a non-routine and challenging environment
  • Resourceful and open-minded personality, problem-solving attitude
  • Team player attitude, with strong interpersonal skills facilitating smooth cooperation with other functions.
