Job Summary:

We are now looking for a Information Security Manager to drive operational excellence, continuous development and improvement of Ericsson’s security frameworks. Provide specialist security knowledge and advice to the Ericsson Security organization, BU’s, Regions and Functions. Develop governance models, process, methods, tools and training to enable the organization to adequately assess security and ensure effectiveness of security programs and controls. Analyze changes to the business environment, corporate audit reports, security assessments, incidents, new threats and vulnerabilities and provide recommendations for improvements. In the event of failure in protection ensure that failures are logged, appropriately managed and investigated in a fair and unbiased manner, and Improvements opportunities identified and implemented.

Responsibilities:

  • Develops the Information Security Strategy based on own specialist knowledge and intelligence analysis
  • Formulate directives and instructions in line with ISO 27001
  • Acts as a local Information Security Champion ensuring deliveries are deployed within IS directives and ISO 27001
  • Assess, test and implement IS controls and audit compliance with security requirements
  • Assessment, monitoring and reporting on customer data security; identify customer data security improvement opportunities according to the GDPR requirements
  • Deployment of MSTOP Security Management process
  • Drive ISMS Governance framework
  • Demand management for IT Security, local instructions review and update
  • Support security customers audits and presales activities
  • Run yearly Information Security Risk Assessment and ISMS Self-Assessment
  • Translate business needs into security solutions
  • Provide a regular report to Senior Management on the status of compliance with Information Security directive and Privacy activities
  • Develop, plan and implement the internal Information Security Operations Center
  • Provide specialist privacy knowledge and advice to the organization
  • Perform Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs)
  • Manage investigations according to the standards needed to meet internal and external requirements on the investigative process

Key Qualifications:

  • Education:  Bachelor degree
  • Mandatory minimum 5 years of experience in security related areas
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience within Information Security
  • Strong knowledge of Information Security according to ISO 27001
  • Privacy – GDPR knowledge
  • Ericsson Business Process Knowledge
  • Risk Management Skills, Project Management
  • Security Awareness and Culture
  • Security Audits and Risk Assessments
