Indoor Sales -  Transition & Process Manager

Responsabilities:

  • Leads and manages the transfer of indoor sales processes and tasks from the local EMEA legal entities into the SSC in Brasov
  • Ensures transition planning and training of transition team members
  • Leads all process and organizational excellence initiatives in the SSC for the BG “EagleBurgmann” for Indoor Sales
  • Defines the knowledge transfer from the local entity to the SSC in Brasov
  • Performs the overall project management and coordinates the transition team during the transition
  • Perform business process analysis and discovery workshops
  • Design and implement EMEA-wide standardized to-be processes / controls / solutions
  • Identify pain points, derive and prioritize improvement opportunities
  • Develops continuous improvement methodologies to further shape the Process Management Team

Our expectations:

  • 5+ years professional experience in Business Process Management & Process Re-engineering
  • 5+ years of experience in Project Management, including playing a leadership role
  • 3+ years of experience in working in a Shared Service Center or Business Process Outsourcing environment
  • 1+ year of experience in transitioning tasks from local entities into a Shared Service Center
  • Deep knowledge in task transition methodologies
  • Proven experience in Indoor Sales processes
  • Deep knowledge in Business Process Management
  • Proven communication and Change Management skills
  • Fluent English (written and oral) - German will be an asset
  • Willingness to travel (+50%)
