Stylist represents the image, products and culture of the brand to the customer.
The primary responsibility is to provide outstanding customer service to each customer and to understand individual and team service goals.
Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, maintaining the store environment and operations and assisting with administrative and housekeeping duties.
Customer Service and Performance - 80%
Achieve the targets set by the Company as communicated by the superior in respect of IPT/AUS and mix of business
Deliver the highest levels of service by following the Service Checklist to ensure every customer is provided with a experience that amazes.
Ensure 15% of customers served are re-booked for a follow up appointment.
Ensure personal sales from events account for 10% of total yearly business.
Execute events according to Guidelines as directed the superior
Strive to achieve and exceed targets set for the event.
