Responsibilities:

• IMDS data management: request, tracking, update of data, clarify open items; checking incoming material data sheets from suppliers according to IMDS rules and different ISO standard
• Creating own material data sheets ( WS/OB continental material data sheets )
• Handling customer rejections;
• Performing SAP tasks as maintenance user for medium / high complexity projects: perform projects support tasks (eg. specific reports, collecting project data, prototypes build support etc.), based on request;
• Provide support for all roles involved in material reporting process within Continental worldwide
• Communication with suppliers and customer worldwide regarding the release of MDS
• Conduct regular trainings worldwide for the implementation of material data reporting at Continental

Requirements:

• University degree in Chemistry, Material sciences or Environmental engineering or finished professional training in this filed
• Proficiency in SAP & MS Office
• Quality and solution-oriented
• Strong communication skills
• Advanced level of English
• Preferably (not mandatory) knowledge of German language
