The Human Resources Specialist is a part-time post, which provides support in human resources department activity

 

Main Responsibilities

  1. Offer support in human resources: elaborate different reports, centralizing situations, issuing employee certificates, employee documents administration, employee database administration
  2. Support in recruitment processes: posting recruitment announcements, selecting candidates, organizing telephone interviews, planning and coordinating candidate testing
  3. Keeping the relationship with healthcare providers: administrating the subscription database, activating / disabling medical subscriptions, providing internal information on medical services
  4. Support in the process of hiring and on boarding: communicating with the future employee, preparing the employment file and organizing on boarding
  5. Other administrative support responsibilities: databases, applications, documents 

Qualifications and requirements

  1. Studies: Preferred university degree or diploma in course of study
  2. Experience: Minimum experience in office activities (telephone, copying, printing, etc.) and document management
  3. General Competencies: Act with integrity and professionalism
  4. Speaking and writing fluently in the national language and in English.
  5. Independence, pro-active attitude in identifying and problems solving.
