Maintains accurately staff records in line with local legislation, including archiving and filing, information system records.

Maintains accurate and updated time management activities such as shifts organization, overtime approval, normal working hours scheduling, attendance & absenteeism monitoring, etc.

Prepares labor legal and administrative documents such as work certificates, bank accounts, etc.

Administer labor contracts from hire to retire: Contracts preparation, probation period validation, end of contracts management.

Plans, execute and control plant cleaning work.

Manage lockers in line with local legislation.

Plans and implements efficiently the company transportation services.

Defines, implements and controls security rules in all areas of the plant to guarantee the integrity of offices and the site including parking. 

Implements and monitor the company benefit program (canteen, transportation, cleaning and Security Companies) including preselection of benefits providers.



Minimum 1 years in a similar position.

Bachelor’s degree is a plus.

MS Office Software.

English is a plus.
