Work Tasks and Responsibilities

 

General  responsibilities

To drive high quality HR processes that will run in a complex technical environment. To help internal customers.

This position has the purpose of establishing, maintaining and continuously develop and improve Recruitment in Romania, working for Visma IT & Communications.

The HR Trainee is responsible for the recruitment process, together with HR team and Department manager.

Key responsibilities

The HR Trainee respects the recruitment measurement and distributes the job vacancies across HR, sites and third party supplires. Use the HR systems, follow the processes and procedures and come with suggestion for improvements.

 

  • Working with the hiring process and communicate with the managers;

  • Provides inputs for developing recruitment process within Visma;

  • Support recruitment, selection and staffing new employees;

  • HR tasks, as onboarding, and offboarding employees together with HR Manager and management;

  • Builds a quality relationship with the internal customers and universities;

  • Promote the company as an attractive employer in relation to recruitment need;

  • Provides active inputs on recruitment process;

  • Active search of candidates on different recruitment channels

  • Keep track of market trends about HR and Recruitment.

  • Support design, development and maintenance of HR and recruitment process in the organization in Romania (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions together with the manager and HR Visma IT & Hosting, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps.

  • Passionate behaviours and interest of HR.

  • Work with other HR tasks when needed from HR and and managers

  • Supporting the Implementation of Visma’s quality system for HR, and actively seeking to improve it.

     

Requirements and Personal Qualities

 

General requirements

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s study in related fields is a benefit.

  • Customer oriented behaviour

  • Effectively cope with change; comfortably adjust to alterations in work activities; able to decide and act with limited information; effectively handle risk and uncertainty in ambiguous situations

  • Demonstrated resilience, diplomacy, influence, relationship building, and problem solving skills in a variety of situations

  • Highly effective written and oral communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills and experience dealing effectively with a wide range of people.

  • Understanding the IT Service industry as well as the relevant marketplace is a plus.

  • Digital skills,  and Google G-suit applications

  • Online communication and recruitment platforms are a plus

  • Strong skills in communication and cooperation

  • Fluency in English is required, certifications are a plus

Core competence

If you are a student in a related field, you may work part time with a flexible scheduler. In this case, finishing the Bachelor's degree is mandatory, and we are supporting it with our work conditions offer.

Other core competences: HRM studies and interesting to learn and develop the HRM skills.
