In Romania, we are present since, currently employing over 500 people in our three offices in Bucharest, Sibiu, Timisoara, and Iasi.
• Responsible for customizing SAP SuccessFactors (SF) modules, in close collaboration with firmwide HR departments;
• Translating internal clients’ requests and needs into actionable tasks;
• Describing layout of HR processes in SAP SF; creating, updating and providing training on SF documentation
• Testing newly released apps and supporting their integration in the SF platform.
• 3-5 years’ experience in working with HR Systems;
• Very good understanding of SAP ERP / SuccessFactors;
• Good technical and business understanding of cross-field corporate HR procedures and systems;
• Ability to act as a bridge between the various HR departments (non-technical people) and the IT department, as well as to identify and forward complex technical issues;
• Excellent collaboration skills;
• Fluent in English.
