What you need for this position:

  • At least 4 years of experience in Human Resources (Payroll and Administration)
  • Excellent knowledge of labor laws
  • Solid background and expertise in Romanian payroll legislation
  • Human Resources Inspector diploma
  • Bachelor degree
  • Good communications skills
  • Organized and detail oriented person, with a “can-do” attitude
  • Good English skills

What you will be doing:

  • Administration of employee documents and records
  • Payroll preparation and supervision
  • Internal expertise regarding all labor legislation aspects
  • Contact person for public institutions and services when needed
  • Point of contact for employee requests regarding documents, labor rules and regulations
  • HR consultancy for internal matters
