We are looking for a talented and passionate HR Specialist with a positive attitude and confidence working in a team.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
-Education in HR/Psychologies Sciences or relevant experience in Hr departments (in IT company is a plus);
- Excellent abilities in communication, interpersonal relationships;
-Well organised and disciplined;
-Abilities for working in a team and professional self-motivation;
-Pro-activity, responsibility, oriented to goals;
-Good relevant previous professional achievements;
-Team player, empathic and entrepreneurial
-High sense of accountability and responsibility
-Fluent in English in speaking, reading and writing
-Work with Department Managers to recruit, interview, select, hire new employees/interns.
-Work with COO/CSIO to establish/manage clear processes, procedures and flows for new employees or employees leaving. Give exit interviews for people leaving the company, send welcome emails for every new colleague.
-Define and manage/maintain Human Resource related company policies, including company handbooks, security, and company rules (working hours, holidays etc), labour protections and health.
-Prepare, develop and implement procedures and policies on staff recruitment.
-Monitor daily attendance; Investigate and understand causes for staff absences;
-Work with legal department to respect and apply the Romanian Labour Code;
-Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems;
-Maintain the database with all employees.
-Maintain and update all the employees employments files;
-Create accurate jobs description files.
-Work with Sales to prepare and send monthly team newsletter.
-Permanently monitor and log people's proactive actions and report them to Department managers.
-Maintain the communication with public/private institutions.
-Assist Department Managers in attending conferences, training, certifications
-Find the best possible candidates to contribute to company goals. Should invest time in developing relationships with universities and executive recruiters to access the best pool of candidates.
