Responsibilities:

    • Drafts and registers personnel documents (labor contracts, addendums, terminations, maternity notifications, etc.) ensuring compliance with all employment laws and regulations, as well as with the company’s policies
    • Is key user for HR information systems, making sure all employee data is filled in on time and accurately
    • Delivers HR reports upon request
    • Provides input for HR procedures and other company specific documents on labor relations issues (Staff Handbook, Collective Labor Agreement)
    • Offers support for the payroll process
    • Offers support for the timely update of the Revisal application
    • Offers support in Recruitment activities
    • Gets involved in different HR projects

Requirements:

    • University degree, HR background preferred
    • Minimum 1 year experience in a HR generalist position
    • Very good knowledge of Romanian labor laws
    • Fluent English; any additional language (French, German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch) is an advantage
    • Very good PC skills: Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Internet
    • Personal attributes: highly organized, strong communication skills, drive for results, customer focus, analytical thinking, pro-active attitude, team player
