Responsabilities & Duties:
- Recruitment : identifying the vacancies, create the job profiles to search, defining the proper manner to search (web ad, newspaper ad, selection agency, etc), keeping contact with external consultants and managing all contract-related issues, interviewing candidates, keeping up-dated Hr manager with the status of the search process, turning down candidates, etc; implement the on-boarding and induction program of the new employees.
- Evaluation: Implement the bi-annual processes ( participation in identifying and defining the key competencies that need to be assessed (managerial and non-managerial; taking part in performance evaluation process; prepare& update the Development Personal Plans and Objective Files
Training and development: putting together the annual training plan based on the inputs of the development needs being identified by the performance evaluation process; ensuring the implementation of the training plan; organizing the trainings-logistics;
- Administration/Legal: keeping all HR administrative related files and conformation on Labor Legislation from Romania.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
-Education in HR/Psychologies Sciences or relevant experience in Hr departments (in agribusiness-as a plus);
- Excellent abilities in communication, interpersonal relationships;
-Well organized and disciplined;
-Abilities for working in a team and professional selfmotivation;
-Proactivity, seriousity, responsibility, oriented to goals;
-Good relevant previous professional achievements;
