Acts as a technical expert on complex and specialist subject(s). Supports management with the analysis, interpretation and application of complex information, contributing to the achievement of divisional and corporate goals. Supports or leads projects by applying area of expertise.
Subject matter expert in Workday HR system;
Support for Compensation&Benefits: annual incentive plans, merit increases, mass uploads for Workday and point of contact for queries regarding payscales;
Be able to offer specialist advice regarding employment matters (new joiners, internal changes, leavers), supervise HR Admin’s activities to ensure that all processes are performed correctly and on time;
Offer support for Payroll team and solve any discrepancies that may appear;
Contract management for HR vendors (closely collaborate with Legal so that all contracts are correct and submitted in the system);
Supervision of invoice management for HR vendors process;
Monthly reporting (absence, turnover, month-end reports or ad-hoc ones);
Support an effective working environment by acting as an advisor and mediator in diverse types of individual and collective employer issues;
Involvement in various local or global processes (annual survey, new policies launch, org charts, change management, management of new payscales etc.)
HR Inspector certificate;
Minimum 3 years of experience as HR Generalist/Specialist;
English level – advanced;
Solid experience in HR Processes, preferably within a large fast-paced organization;
Ability to organise and supervise processes;
Exceptional influencing skills and ability to engage with key stakeholders at all levels;
Excellent communications skills.
Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise a busy workload.
