Responsibilities:

  • Act as a member of a global talent acquisition team
  • Be a consultative partner for hiring managers and their teams
  • Implement effective sourcing, interviewing and evaluation activities for a wide variety of requisitions
  • Manage full recruiting process cycle to meet the various staffing goals within multiple business units
  • Train and advise interview teams on processes and tools
  • Report, analyze and track recruitment KPIs
  • Promote and support corporate initiatives and programs
  • Active involvement inn employee relations topics
  • Be part of new HR projects and initiatives for the location

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent skills
  • Fluency in English;
  • At least 2 years of full cycle recruitment experience
  • Experience of recruiting a variety of positions to include: Engineering, IT and/or other Corporate Functions
  • Experience with application tracking systems
  • Knowledge in Microsoft office and strong knowledge of Social Media utilization for recruiting
  • Experience with analyzing data and building reports in Excel is essential
  • Strong verbal and written communication
