The HR Data Analyst will provide data and analysis in support of HR functions. This includes day-to-day Human Resources analytics across multiple platforms, and supports initiatives and processes related to complex Human Resources activities.
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Human Resources, Statistics, Informatics, or equivalent experience
1+ years of related experience HR experience
Experience with statistical modeling and descriptive statistics
HRIS systems, reporting and data analytics experience
Ability to manage confidential data professionally
Strong attention to detail, familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within Human Resources and database structures
Strong written and oral communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office-Excel
Proficiency in English
Complete monthly, quarterly and adhoc HR reporting and data analysis.
Respond to HR data requests from HR and other functions.
Development & maintenance of a data base
Produce and deliver standard and customized reports, dashboards and ad-hoc requests based on business need
Responsible for regular monitoring of systems/data in order to mitigate errors, ensure effective collection of data and/or improve capabilities.
Responsible for day to day operational support for key HR processes and applications·
Provide analytical and reporting support and make recommendations to improve the type and quality of data available
Maintain HR analytical tools, reporting and dashboards.
