Responsibilities

  1. Manages Hiring and Recruitment Process
    1. Selection and Hiring Process (New Employees, Pool of Subcontractors,...)
    2. On-boarding process
  2. Manages Performance and Development Process
    1. Support the corporate process
    2. Executive Coaching
    3. Support and Counselling to Employees
    4. Managing Surveys (. Engagement Survey, etc.) and Follow ups
    5. Employees' Training and Development to assure required professional competencies (Collecting Training Requirements, building a Training Plan & its Execution,...)
  3. Manages Employee Relationships
    1. Managing relationship to Work Council (Collective Agreement)
    2. Managing individual relationships with employees
  4. Manages HR administration
    1. General Administration (contracts, state requirements fulfillment, personal files, absences, time sheets. ...)
    2. Creating Local HR Policies
    3. Payroll administration (Wiz Sal, Revisal,...)
    4. Corporate Reporting
  5. Manages HRIS (Success Factors)

    Required Skills And Experience:
  • University degree (MA)
  • Relevant HR experience (min 5 years in a similar role), preferably in multinational service organisations
  • Experience with organizational transformations
  • Excellent knowledge of labor legislation
  • Experience with trade unions
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Good networking and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to details
  • Personal work organization and setting priorities
  • Excellent knowledge of  (mostly Excel)
  • Readiness to travelope: Romania)
