Description

Main Responsibilities:

HR Business Partner:

  •  Advise, challenge, coach and support Business Managers in indirect functions on people-related issues and processes (ex: performance management, personal and team development, career path implementation, resource planning and recruitment).
  • Handling all recruitment tasks, from job postings to on-boarding, in accordance with the organization’s recruitment standards, including representing the organization at job fairs to promote the organization to potential candidates.
  • Drive employee engagement in line with DPDHL strategy and plans
  • Understand the business, its  issues and challenges, to provide specific advice to Business Managers
  • Formulate fair and equitable processes on employee counselling and discipline and play an active role in solving any issues
  • Provide support to make talent and leadership development plans and implement them, with the support of the L&D Senior Specialist

Comp & Ben, Performance & Digitalization Senior Specialist:

  •  Implement Compensation (C&B) programs and reward policies that are aligned with the company's business objectives for all staff levels
  • Provide consulting on C&B matters (. interpret policy) and analysis for Business Managers
  • Conduct job analysis and evaluation, salary administration, analysis of compensation surveys and obtain all necessary information in order to prepare compensation and budget proposals
  • Organize the collection of data about company's Compensation and Benefit policies
  • Prepare defined HR reports, dashboards and scorecards in an accurate and timely manner
  • Monitor KPIs and scorecards to assess effectiveness and efficiency of HR
  • Timely execute the annual HR Business Partner Survey for HR within the country, including processes, communication, data analysis and reporting
  • Provide technical guidance to line managers and employees

The candidate should have:

  • Capable of building cross-functional collaborative relationships
  • Strong customer and people focus
  • Strong communication skills (spoken & written) and negotiation skills
  • Solution Orientated and Innovative
  • Very good Planning and Organizing skills
  • Enthusiastic and dynamic person
  • Fluency in both Romanian & English (spoken & written)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • High attention to details
