Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruiting process to ensure all KPIs are met
  • Determine staffing needs together with hiring managers
  • Determine the most effective recruiting and advertising strategy to identify and attract top candidates
  • Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions
  • Build and maintain partnerships with Technical Schools and Universities
  • Cover a broad area of HR functions (employee/labor relations, communication, compensation management, administration etc)
  • Define plant-related policies and procedures
  • Support internal HR audit process
  • Support to ensure compliance with all employment laws, regulations, policies and guidelines and have the ability to conduct fair and impartial investigations
  • HR Consulting - act as a contact point between employee and the Company; analyze and improve HR processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree or higher in a Business or Human Resources related discipline
  • Ability to effectively interact and communicate with all employees and external parties
  • Minimum 2 years experience on a similar role
  • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills
  • High level of integrity/confidentiality and diplomacy
  • Expert in PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook
  • English is mandatory, German is a plus
