IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Bachelor degree in Social Sciences, Psychology, Foreign Languages.
- Fluency in French (English is always a must);
- Excellent problem solving and analysis skills;
- Self-Motivated, positive attitude and approach;
- Accepts responsibility as an individual and works well within a team;

Job description:
• Offer support services in HR for our clients (Recruitment support, HR Administration support; Contact Center; Comp & Ben support)
• Act as first point of contact for HR related questions via phone or E-Mail
• Interface with the clients' employees to help them in their HR needs
• Create reference letters and testimonials for employees
• Monitor upcoming end of probation and contract dates and inform relevant managers
• Produce standard correspondence and labour contracts by following existing templates
• Create addendums for existing employees for various job data changes (transfers, promotions, extension of contract, etc.)
• Create letters for specific types of situations (Maternity, Paternity, Studyleave, etc.)
• Prepare exit documents for employees leaving the company
• Create and update employee profile in the HR data base
• Develop improvements to processes and local work instructions
• Comply with all client and Accenture Data Security and Quality requirements

Work schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:00 - 19:00, with 1 h lunch break
