  1. Provides support for developing, implementing and administrating salary increase and promotion processes inside the company:
    • Develops the company budget related to payroll cost, annual salary increases and promotion based on global and local guidelines
    • Design, prepares, analyses ad hoc reward and budget related reports for management
    • Responsible for providing the necessary information and materials to stakeholders, regarding all reward processes
    • Has input in building the communication plans and messages related to their area of expertise
    • Assures the necessary support and guideline for all Reward’s annual calendar processes and activities. Assist in preparation for annual merit increase, performance bonus and promotion
    • Is aware of the International Reward policies and assures the alignment of the local policies and procedures
  2. Responsible for organizational efficiency and effectiveness reporting:
    • Headcount reporting, employment cost budgets or other type of reporting as needed by business;
    • Organization analytics reports: managerial ratio, attrition, etc.
    • Support in preparing the annual employment cost budget and tracking on monthly basis
  3. Responsible for administrative tasks related to employees in Capgemini:
    • Employee on boarding and termination: labor contract, job description and other personnel documents
    • Managing and keeping accurate employee data in the personnel files and database
    • Is involved in the monthly payroll process, responsible to deliver accurate data for own area of responsibility
    • Communicates effectively with employees and other stakeholders on specific HR topics


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Previous experience in a large company is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of Romanian Labour Law
  • Advanced level of Excel
  • English – Upper Intermediate
  • Attention to details
  • Highly organized person with organizing & prioritizing skills
  • Highly reliable and able to deal with confidential information in secure manner
