Receive customer's fault requests by email/ web / phone on different telecom equipment, create a trouble ticket using a ticketing interface and dispatch it according to internal procedures to the appropriate engineers.
Provide quality customer service on every call/ email.
Communicate clearly and effectively with participants.
Promote good listening skills.
Recognizing and managing assertive customers
Foreign language skills: German (advanced) English (advanced)
Moderate computer skills, PC & Internet
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows
