Receive customer's fault requests by email/ web / phone on different solar equipment, create a trouble ticket using a ticketing interface and dispatch it according to internal procedures to the appropriate engineers.
Act as first level engineer to give customer basic technical support after Training given by Huawei
Interface with engineering partner to locate technical problems that may arise during the engineering process
Provide quality customer service on every call/ e-mail;
Communicate clearly and effectively with participants;
