Your Role:

- 1st level support/helpdesk for on-site and remote users

- setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of Windows operating systems & Microsoft Office Suite

- hardware maintenance for PCs, laptops, and printers

- user data backups and deployment of new workstations

- business applications support

- network connectivity



- advanced English language skills (written and spoken)

- passion for communication and building relationships

- positive attitude with a strong desire to learn & grow professionally

- friendly person, well organized and mannered

- availability for occasional trips to national/international clients
