Helpdesk Engineer 

We are looking for a new colleague to join our Engineering team.

Responsibilities:
- Working with Asentinel's products, focusing on supporting Asentinel customers
-Technical support - following-up, troubleshooting and solving issues
- Handling implementation of the application for new customers and making adjustments to the code
- Optimizing /developing sections of Asentinel’s products
- Create customer specific reports using SQL
- Collaborating with R&D, QA and other teams when needed
- Maintaining, debugging and configuring the products

Requirements:
- University studies, graduated, ongoing (terminal year)
- 2 years experience in Customer Support positions

- Java and SQL programming experience
- Knowledge of Java API,Postgres DBMS, OOP, algorithms
- Good English knowledge

The following are considered advantages:
- Knowledge of one Java IDE (Eclipse, STS)
- PL/SQL programming skills, Oracle and Spring Framework
- Linux knowledge
- Knowledge of Groovy language and Grails framework
