Eurobank Property Services . is a company specialized in real estate services, having an expert team for conducting research, feasibility studies, property management, valuations and related activities.

We are seeking to recruit a Helpdesk Administrator in performing the daily specific activities of the Helpdesk Department.

The candidate will be based in Bucharest. 

Specific tasks:

  • To register valuation orders and reports by using the appropriate applications, on a daily basis;
  • To introduce data, loan documentation and valuation reports in applications;
  • To distribute valuation orders to appraisers and reviewers in accordance with the covered areas, expertise and thresholds on a daily basis;
  • To distribute valuation reports to clients on a daily basis;
  • To archive physically and electronically all valuation related documentation on a daily basis;
  • Liaison with the enforcement officers, regarding the enforcement of properties and preparing the necessary documents/actions;
  • To prepare various weekly and monthly reports related to the activity of the Valuation Division, as per the superior’s requests;
  • To submit the data related to performed valuation reports for invoicing and payments matters, on a monthly basis;
  • To assist the Valuation Department in the process of solving complaints received from clients on a daily basis;

  

Job Requirements/Qualifications:
- University degree

- Analytical and organizational skills;

- Focus on completing the duties;

- Command of spoken and written English is a must;

- Computer skills – advanced knowledge of Office package

- Team work player.
