Job Summary:

Part of the HCM Centre of Excellence, the HCM Client Data Analyst’s role is to support the HR Consultant HCM Business Unit in France.

Analysts contribute to the achievement of the deliverables provided annually to the client with the “Indicateurs sociaux” / Labor Indicators tool, manage the configuration of several parameters for evaluation campaigns In accordance with customer requirements and MEO team from France.

Scope of Responsibilities :

Broadly, the scope of responsibilities is as follows:

  • Organize the activity according to the consultant demand (time and volume)
  • Check the completeness of the necessary client data before to launch the deliverable production process
  • Secure the data coherency between Access Insight Dashboards and Payroll
  • Use action plan if necessary in case of dysfunction/gap
  • Formatting the client document
  • Deliver the client document
  • Alert the HR Consultant in case of delays

Key duties/Tasks:

  • To deliver in time the client document
  • To deliver the client document with the correct data
  • Analyze, create and configure parameters in the software according to clients’ demands
  • Create analysis documents with functional specifications for technic Consultants in order to enhance the software with customer’s requirements, resulting in new software versions
  • Respect the dedicate process
  • Update indicators inside CRM

 

Education and experience:

  • Education:                                         University
  • Work Experience:                             2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role                 

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

 

  • Fluent (C1) in French language
  • French HR or payroll skills is a plus
  • Technical skills :
    • Excel
    • PowerPoint
    • BO
