Hardware Design Engineer - P TR TSR
As a HW design engineer in the Transmission team you will:
Define the requirements for electrical functionality/modules. Calculate the electrical parameters for proper circuit functionality;
Contribute in defining electrical requirements at product level;
Provide input for product architecture for functionality/modules;
Create and optimize schematics based on the customer requirements and new technology trends
Provide design, calculation, simulation, hardware - software interface and documentation of hardware modules according to product specification and defined processes;
Create test specifications, monitor hardware testing and validate the test results;
Implement the safety requirements for modules or functionality;
Create the hardware inputs for Production Test Specification;
Release with the customer the EMC test specification and analyze the results;
Support the layout design of the developed circuits, coordination of the sample PCB production.
Cooperate with the project team to reach common project targets
Common used tools in Hardware Design are: OrCAD, PSpice, Zucken, MathCAD, Minitab, Labview
A mentor will support you to stepwise take over own responsibility after an initial training phase which will familiarize you with our products, tools, processes and organization.
University degree . Electronics, Automation, Telecommunications etc.
Good electronics knowledge;
Knowledge of analog and digital circuit design techniques;
Knowledge of using measurement equipments and design tools;
Fluency in English;
Soft skills: result orientation, good communication skills, ability to analyze and organize, team player.
