Qualifications:
(a) Fluency in English is a must;
(b) Excellent computer skills (. MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint) are mandatory;
(c) Any previous knowledge of Business Intelligence solutions, Data Visualization and Reporting tools is a plus (. Oracle BI, Power BI, SQL, APEX, Tableau)
(d) Excellent written and verbal communication skills are mandatory;
(e) University degree - preferable Accounting degree. Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Tax or other accounting qualifications will be a plus;
(f) Prior reporting experience, preferably supporting a high pace operations organization
(g) Organized, ability to meet deadlines in an orderly manner and strong detail orientation;
(h) Ability to multi-task, including juggling and prioritizing numerous projects at the same time, often under strict time constraints;
Responsibilities:
(a) Develop global reporting and key performance indicators for the Global Payroll organization.
(b) Is responsible for data accuracy and timeliness of reporting and implements specific controls to ensure that all reports provided are accurate
(c) Review the monthly invoices of the global service providers to ensure adherence to contract terms and to ensure reasonableness and clerical accuracy.
(d) Review the payroll department expenses against forecast and budget; understand the sources and reasons for variances of actual from budget and forecast.
(e) Manage the administration of purchase orders, contracts, accruals and other financial reporting for global payroll vendors.
(f) Assist the Global Payroll Systems team with system implementation projects as and when the need may arise in order to achieve group goals.
(g) Supports the maintenance and development of the Global Payroll Website and other internal tools used by the Global Payroll team (. Confluence pages, Knowledge Management System etc)
