Role – Global Delivery Project Manager in Video Services Design Team

Bucharest team – currently 3 Global Delivery Project Managers looking for 1 extra additional resource

US team – A Video Services Design Team Manager and Cisco team Video Services Design Team – Move, install, decommission and refresh end of life video collaboration rooms at a Global level.

Current video footprint is around 300 rooms with targeted extended scope to increase up to 600 rooms

Skills requirements: 

• English language at an advanced level is mandatory as constant communication with site teams and partners is required

• Experienced in working and coordinating with different virtual teams spread across different regions and time zones

• Understand current and future business goals and ongoing IT issues to ensure business success

• Vendor management

• Project planning and scheduling skills

• Understanding of budget planning

• Experienced with management reporting and presentations

• Understanding of technical network specifications like switch and switch ports configuration and IP calculation and assignment.

Work schedule- flexible working hours. Work from Home, 2 days per week (after first three months).

Scope of work

Project Management:

  • Project CPS Management and Tracking
  • Ensure project management fundamentals are in place in support of project objectives.
  • Manage work volumes - assign to resources and track to completion
  • Meeting ownership - Kick-off, Status Update, ad hoc
    o Schedule, distribute agenda, and conduct team meetings
    o Communicate meeting notes and next steps to stakeholders
  •  Project Reporting and tracking
    o Generate and distribute reports to relevant stakeholders
  • Risk Management, alerts and mitigation, Issue Management

 Project Support/ Coordinator - supports Lead PM with project related activities, as:

  • Specific documentation set-up and maintenance
  • Related domain trainings
  • Owning specific project tasks, with clear scope and end deliverables
  • Manage work volumes - assign to resources and track to completion
  • Schedule, distribute agenda, and take notes (Kick-off, Status Update, ad hoc)
  • Communicate meeting notes and next steps to stakeholders
  • Generate and distribute reports to relevant stakeholders
  • Manage collaborative medium (SharePoint)

 Subject Matter Expert

  • Center of expertise for specific solution/ service and in charge with:
    • Maintaining updated documentation
    • Framing requirements into technical requests and managing Service CM process
    • In charge with user training and support
    • Level of escalation in case of issues

Other Service support roles (Eg. Service Operational Roles):

  • Determined period of time
  • Clear and measurable deliverables

Responsibilities:

 Initiates the request via filling in the Resource Request form

  • Provides specific project Specific On-boarding & Logistics
  • Accountable for the project internally, influencing internal stakeholders
  • Provides service feedback
  • Owns Quality of Service
  • Is responsible with service design and expansion of service
  • Represents point of internal Service Escalations, feedback & improvement
  • Coordinates Service Payment & Logistics
  • Is responsible with Resource Management and delivering against profile/ timelines needs
  • Measures and monitors Quality of Service for the service group
  • Coordinates Incident and Change Management
  • Coordinates every 6 months evaluation process for service group and takes necessary resulted actions
  • Discusses and evaluates service requests with Engagement Manager
  • Assign activities/projects to contractors based on experience and workload
  • Dimension the contractors team based on those requests
  • Sets regular meetings with Managers to review the project status
  • Conduct regular performance evaluation for the contractors
  • Define & implement development plans for the contractors in line with the business needs
  • Ensures the services are delivered according to the agreed SLAs
  • Ensure the business continuity for the offered services with the existing resources or by bringing new resources in a timely manner
  • Ensure proper reporting and metrics tracking within the contractors’ team to be able to evaluate the contractor’s performance against the agreed SLAs
  • Owns the on-boarding program and knowledge transfer within the team
