The Onboarding & Support Agent is responsible for acting as a key contact to deliver consistent, high quality, complete service in support of our customers' needs. You will provide direct customer engagement services via Chat/ Email/ Phone to resolve customer issues.

 Main responsibilities:

  • Manage the customers’ relation by screening all chat/email contacts and incoming calls;
  • Performs customers’ request/problem identification and follows defined procedures to resolve correctly or assigns the cases to the appropriate departments;
  • Oversea client onboarding process by providing a streamlined and clear practice
  • Serve as liaison between the client and development teams
  • Asks clients for further information (documents, screenshots, etc.) in order to resolve or assign to the relevant departments
  • Demonstrates understanding of the customer’s business needs or market and maintains high customer satisfaction ratings;
  • Various administration tasks related to customer files.

 

Your/Desired Profile:

  • Advanced level of written and verbal communication skills in French or German or Spanish;
  • Good English skills
  • Customer Interaction Handling;
  • Opportunity to work remote (especially for night shifts);
  • Above average skills in: phone and written communication
  • Ability to: react quickly to customer queries
  • Time management and administrative skills;
  • Analytical  thinking and process analysis;
  • Adaptability and capacity to easily find solutions;

  • General knowledge of: MS Office
