Our client is looking for a highly motivated team leader to oversee the day-to-day functions of a front-end development team. The team is comprised of front-end (Typescript) developers + QA manual.

This role demands technology expertise combined with leadership presence, proven planning experience and expertise to assist in dispersing assignments.

Responsibilities:

• Coach and mentor team members;

• Coordinate software releases;

• Risk assessment and risk management;

• Give direction and guidance;

• Develop and execute company policies;

• Work with other departments;

• Carry out administrative functions;

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in software development, deployment, and operations of medium-scale business systems;

• Experience in managing teams of 5+ people in the IT space;

• Accustomed to latest client side and server side technologies;

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, specifically able to convey technical information in a clear and unambiguous manner;

• Have effective coaching and mentoring skills;

• Be detail oriented;
