Job description

 

We need our future Front Office Engineer colleague to be genuinely excited about a certain set of activities:

The minimum requirements would be:

 

  • English speaking and writing – Intermediate level. You will have the chance to “flex” your English while talking with colleagues from all over the world.
  • Spanish language knowledge makes you a great candidate for this role !
  • Availability to work in shifts (12h per shiftshifts per month) – We are flexible regarding this matter: You can trade shifts with your colleagues, so that it’s convenient for your personal plans.

Technical experience and educational background preferred but not mandatory:

 

  • University diploma or terminal year student; (the schedule will allow you to attend your classes and still gain work experience)
  • Theoretical knowledge of Linux, SQL.
  • It would be great if you have previous work experience in the Customer Support Service; If you don't, we will teach you everything you need to know !
